Viewers are free, always
Unlimited read-only seats at no charge. You should never have to decide whether your owner, your architect, or a project engineer is worth a licence fee just to look at a document.
AI processing is included
Every plan comes with document processing built in. If you start running past what's included, we call you about a plan that fits — we don't send surprise overage invoices.
Closed projects cost nothing
You pay for active projects. When a job closes out it archives at no charge and the record stays readable — because claims surface years after final payment, and that's exactly when you need it.
Your data is never a paywall
Documents stay downloadable, registers export to CSV, and a complete export of your firm's data is yours on request at no charge. No exit fee, no retrieval fee, and API access is not a paid add-on.
Founder-led onboarding
Every early customer works directly with the founder — an owner's rep by background — to get their projects loaded and producing answers.
