These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Site Intelligence (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You and your organization retain all rights to the documents and data you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including through automated and AI-assisted features. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (other than Customer Content), is owned by Site Intelligence and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be independently verified before being relied upon.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Intelligence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
